Product QualityWe guarantee that our products are all of the highest quality. Our prints and posters are supplied by the world's largest and most reputable publishers, which guarantee consistently high quality. Our original paintings are exactly that, original. All original paintings are signed by the artist who painted them and many come with a certificate of authenticity, so whether you are buying for investment purposes or just for your own enjoyment you can be assured that you are getting an original piece of art and not an imitation.Payment OptionsWe accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa Electron. If you prefer to pay by cheque then this is no problem either. Please contact us before sending a cheque to ensure you have the correct details. Our credit and debit card transactions are 100% secure and conducted on our secure SSL server. Any information you submit is encrypted and totally safe.DeliveryWhen ready, your painting or prints are carefully packaged to the highest standard and are sent to the delivery address specified by you.Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping cart, depending on the items selected and the delivery destination. We try and keep the price of delivery to a minimum and revue our prices regularly to ensure you are getting as good a deal as possible. Unfortunately the packaging suppliers and courier companies dictate much of these prices to us but rest assured we will always aim to be as competitive as possible. Refund PolicyIn the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition please advise us and get instructions for return for a free replacement or refund. All items leave us in perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 7 days for a refund. Goods must be returned to us in good condition in their original packaging.You must contact Online Exhibits before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund. For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk . Your statutory rights are not affected. Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items. Site/Credit Card SecurityWe use an SSL secure online ordering system, so you can shop at the Online Exhibits in the knowledge that your credit card details are totally secure.
